Thirdly, most of the Highbay light sources use the chip of United States companies, high efficiency, small light decay, large current margin, the rated current of the chip is 700mA, the actual use of only 310mA, good heat dissipation design, solid crystal is using soldering solder. The thermal resistance is small, and the operating temperature of the chip is low. The actual junction temperature is less than or equal to 50℃, thus ensuring the stability and long life of the work.
Fourth, about 80% of the energy of LED lights is converted into heat energy, so with the increase of LED power and integration, the heating heat flux of LED increases rapidly, and the heat dissipation problem becomes more and more serious. Too high an LED junction temperature not only causes the life of the LED to decay sharply but also causes serious or even fatal effects on the peak wavelength, optical power, luminous flux, and many other performance parameters of the LED. However, the cooling capacity of the current natural convection heat dissipation, fan-forced heat dissipation, and various heat pipe heat dissipation methods is very limited, and it is difficult to achieve timely heating and external heat dissipation from the surface of the LED wick with high heat intensity so that its temperature is reduced to the ideal range.
Fifth, Highbay body part:
Super cooling capacity: heat flux has reached 400W/cm2, its capacity is 1000 times higher than water cooling, about 100 times higher than heat pipe.
LED chip temperature is low: LED chip operating temperature can be below 60℃. Lightweight and small size: the weight is less than 25% of the existing radiator, and the volume can be as small as 20%.
No power cooling; passive cooling, no fan or pump required, no cooling energy consumption.
